Next In Line

As more and more Presidential hopefuls come out of the woodwork, I can’t help but to get excited.  I am so excited to know, that we are getting closer and closer to having a new President!  I look at the left and see Bernie Sanders, God I pray this is not the next in line!!!  If you know nothing about him, research him and find out who he is.  I will go into detail in a later post about each candidate as time nears to the election, but this man is no good!!!  Lincoln Chafee (Gov. from Rhode Island) who is a republican turned independent turned democrat.  I guess he flows whichever way the wind is blowing, not to mention, he keeps heading the wrong direction. Martin O’ Malley (Gov. from Maryland), and of course their knight in shining armor, Hillary Clinton (No introduction needed).

As for the Republican Party, I don’t have enough strength in my hands to type out all of their names.  At this point, there are eleven declared that are worth mentioning, along with a handful of others that are exploring with the notion.  Do you know what this tells me?  The Republican Party is just as eager to see Obama go as I am!  Why so many people stepping up to the plate?  Why so many people jumping at the chance to run the greatest country on earth?  I’ll tell you why…

We have never been in such bad shape, while still on the path that got us here, while coming to a crossroads where we are getting ready to take the left turn…the turn for the worst!  I truly believe that so many republicans are stepping up because we are in such a bad position.  They all feel a call of duty to step up and attempt to turn course.  I will tell you this, I hope one of them wins, and I hope it is the right one.  I have not chosen yet who to throw all my cards behind, but I do hope the right person gets the job.  By the time it is all said and done, we will have an ample amount of people to choose from.  I just hope it is someone that knows something about national security, foreign policy and running a country, and I hope they can do all of that while showing appreciation to our troops.  Oh yeah, I hope they know how to use a shovel too, because we will need someone to dig us out of this hole the current one keeps digging!
